Norbert Saric plays the 'Hank Project' guitar, # 35916, dedicated to the life and music of Hank 'Sugarfoot" Garland. Hank Garland played a 1955 thinline archtop that he co-designed with Billy Byrd. This is a 17 inch blonde thinline guitar, inspired by the guitar played by Hank. Cutaway, block inlay, 24 3/4 inch scale, flamed maple neck with C-profile and and 20 frets, Charlie Christian Adjustable pickup in the neck position, Seymour Dincan Antiquity P90 in the bridge position, carved Sitka spruce top, quilted maple laminated back, gold hardware including vintage tailpiece, custom Grover tuners with tulip knobs, vintage gloss style non-antiqued finish.
The guitar is delivered with a vintage Lifton thinline case from the fifties, brown marbled exterior, burgundy interior, new leather handle.
