New Vintage Guitars
In 1934 the Gibson company enlarged the 16 inch L5
guitar to 17 inches at the lower bout. The 17 inch jazz
guitar has been a mainstay ever since, bringing a
different but pleasing vibe to the sound compared to the
smaller 16 inch guitars.
